How do you like the Smoke Vault. I'm thinking this might be my next purchase.

I like the Landmann better. Mine is a 3895GWLA 38". It has drawers to add water and wood that are separate from the cook chamber. And it is easier to set temperature on. It costs about $150 more than the Smoke Vault, but in my opinion, it's worth it.

Still trying to convince the better half that $250 is a great deal on a great smoker. I believe $400 would shut all conversations down. 😂

Which Lang do you have & how is it treating you? Any regrets?

Last meal is a packer Wagyu brisket, cooked on the Lang.

How do you decid which one to cook on? It takes a while for me to decide which of my three I will cook on. Sometimes what I am cooking dictates the cooker.

Very nice collection. I have Napoleon gas grill with side burner, a Traeger pellet smoker and a inexpensive Akron kamado and I want a stick burner next and I am thinking about building my own but I really don’t have room for anymore devices. Where do you keep all these cookers?

The grills are under the roof of the patio out by the pool. The smokers are in my garage. There's plenty of room since I have a 4-car garage.
