If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Wish the magnet I had from AR was that one. The one I got back in November was a much taller one (lots more info I guess) that won't fit on any of my grills. So it is stuck to the door of my beer fridge!
EDIT: Glancing over at the beer fridge now (it's in my office!) that is the top half of the magnet I have, so I guess I could cut it down...
Haha, I changed jobs in October and work from a home office for a company in Orlando, founded by college buddies 28 years ago. While the ultimate goal is to open up an engineering office here in Huntsville, right now I'm working out of a 16x16 building in my back yard. Sure makes it convenient to keep an eye on long cooks on my smokers!
Got the new smoker in a couple days ago but just now getting a chance to un-box it. Look what was one of the 1st tings I pulled out!! (Now I have 3!!)
