I have a CanCooker Jr that I have not used in ages. I like the concept but never put the time into it to learn how to use it...
If anyone has used one and has suggestions or past experiences with one I would appreciate it...I am de-cluttering and trying to decide if I should keep this as a cooking option. I am not planning to use this on a smoker or grill since it is a sealed container so no benefit from smoke flavor...

I got one that I take camping. I uploaded a pdf of the recipe book to Gemini and named it can cooker. I gave it instructions to reference the cookbook and give me a recipe whenever I upload a grocery list. I do this mostly to help with liquid amounts and stacking order. it hasn't steered me wrong. Honestly, this might not be everyone's cup of tea but when I'm camping I use it to make stock, I like sipping on stock / broth at night. It's like having a portable instant pot.
We use to have a member who used one often. Haven’t seen him post in years. I bought one back then based on his results, tried it a few times, but I believe that was at least 7 years ago. Still have it on the shelf. Wish I could remember his name. It had something to do with a military rank in the user name I think.
