Looking to get one of these and was wondering if anyone has used it before? Can I use it for regular pots as well when not using a wok?

I don't have that exact burner but I have this Concord model which can put out up to 270,000 BTU. Works great even with my 30" plowdisk wok.

Pandaconda It adjusts using the propane tank regulator. I can get it pretty low for simmering, that is why I like this burner, very versatile. It comes with a wok ring for round bottomed woks.

I rarely run at full blast. When using for my plow disk wok and my KFC fryer the tank lasts a lot longer than that. Probably the fastest I've used up my tank was with the chile roaster that I used for Hatch chilies last year - I ran the roaster at full blast 6 or 8 times, about 10-15 minutes each time, on one tank.

SnS 22" kettle, 22" WSM with Pit Viper, 36" LSG pellet pooper
24" Blackstone griddle, 6 Gallon Cajun Fryer.
50K BTU wok burner.
I'm not sure if the jet configuration is going to be compatible with regular pans or not, but as Harry Soo says, a btu is a btu. It will get a pan hot, but not sure what kind of control you will have after that. But I would still get it if it was only for wok cooking. Having a high output burner is game changing for wok cooking.
