Thanks to dvetsch75 I now have the LSG El Patron as part of my cooking fleet. The photo below includes the Grilla OG, Weber WSCG, and the El Patron. I did New York Steaks on the El Patron for the initial cook. Our guests were running late so ran out of heat for a reverse sear, but the steaks had a nice flavor (no pictures). I am looking forward to doing brisket and prime rib on the rotisserie. And the pizza oven will get a test run soon.
Lots of different ways to cook on the El Patron and I am looking forward to learning how to use it. Have fun!

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
