I need to come up with a good outdoor stove solution for an outdoor kitchen we are completing at work. I'd like to something stainless and heavy duty, I'm only seeing the Camp Chef type portable stoves. I like the 30,000 btu burners on the Camp Chef, but I don't care for the carbon steel all over the frame. All of the Classic Bayou type stand burners only go up to 21", but boast 40k btu. I've looked into doing a stainless commercial portable stove top on a stainless cart. The hold back on these is 20-25k btu burners. I have the green light to spend what I need, just need to find the right solution. What's out there I haven't seen?
Needs to be
Corrosion resistant(We on right on the Atlantic Ocean)
Solid Frame structure
high btu rating
2-4 burners
An outdoor kitchen just isn’t complete without a real rangetop burner—not just “a side burner.” These double brass burners won’t corrode in the elements, and deliver a lot of heat.
