I hear ya. Equipment to grill/smoke with, but not too large and not too small. Personally, and I have a lot of smokers/grills - the PK Original with the tailgate stand is perfect. I’ve taken it on the road and grilled three tri-tips at a time on it and have smoked a few racks of ribs. Also have used it at a tailgate and just grilled a couple of hamburgers and some dogs. Works like a charm……but is a bit pricey.
