Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.

There was a stand up comedian who traveled the South and did local shows. Unfortunately his name escapes me right now but I do remember attending one of his shows in NC in 2007. . He was famous for his prank phone calls and I remember his story about calling up local funeral homes and asking if they owned a gas grill and then trying to convince them use it to cremate his brother. Laugh out loud funny he was.
If I ever have a house with a wooden deck, I will most definitely put a halloween skeleton under it. This way when I sell the house and someone else has to rebuild it, everyone will have a good laugh.
Common, it is Texas and everything is bigger and better in Texas.. Not just massacres, but Texas (size) Chainsaw Massacres.. Smokers and grills are bigger and better in Texas...
