Went with the Cuisinart griddle. Passing on the Fireboard, would be tough but I have several good thermometers and no griddle.

Fireboard. Fed up with my signals PIA. PBC owner/lover!

No brainer for me, the Cuisinart 360 griddle. Don’t need another thermometer and I surely don’t need knives. I don’t have a griddle so that would be my choice, nothing to do with price.

I am not eligible to win for 8 years 6 months, haha, but if I did, I would probably choose the PBC, mostly because its a different kind of dedicated smoker. I've already got an offset (old leaky one), gasser, flattop, kettle and kamado, and so far, my Smoke is doing the job for monitoring temperatures.

Those of you who have followed the trials and tribulations of my spending money this year at my wife's command will know this is much more difficult for me than it would have been a couple of months ago. Kind of. Wasn't long ago it would be a tough decision between the PBC, Cuisinart, and FB2. In the last 2 months I have bought a PBC, a different griddle (although the Cuisinart was strongly considered) and a FB2, which means I now have a FB1, my Smoke with bridge, and the FB2. I have a couple of good sets of knives, but might have to look at the ones offered more closely. All speculation, because I don't expect to win.

I’m a No Vote - have a griddle, have a bunch of knives, have the FB v2 and not a fan of the PBC (tried it a few years ago, but did not like the taste of the food - probably something I was doing wrong, but it just didn’t click with me).

I went ahead and chose the FB2 just for the sake of participating. What I would probably do is ask for my prize to be given to someone else. Let someone that's maybe on a tight budget pick what they want in my stead. I have 2 previous model FBs, a PBC (with a bunch of accessories), a Blackstone and a bunch of really good knives.

I refuse to answer on the grounds it could be used against me in the future.

I suppose it's a bit different when you actually have to make the choice.

I have a FB, knives, and a griddle. Plus, a pbc would be fun to have.

It is fun. Not my favorite flavor for ribs & brisket (but chicken, heck yes!) And if you travel, it's hard to beat the portability and capacity of the PBC.

Don't really need any of them, but either the knives to put in camper or the griddle.

For me it would be the PBC.

I would go with the PBC. I already have a griddle, a number of thermometers, and more knives than I really use. But I don't have a barrel type cooker yet. Might need to put an addition on to my grilling slab to fit it though.

I could use a good set of knives...

I would choose the FIreBoard 2. I really like my SnS-500 but having two extra probes would be nice. I already have the other prizes covered: numerous knife sets, a Bronco drum, and a 30" discada (when I want a flat top I'll get a large rectangular model such as the Backstone 36".
