As good as a birthday surprise, and maybe since it is out of the clear blue it is a little better.

I have my eye on that now that I'm cooking on my 22" Performer frequently. I want to cook potatoes on it among other things.

Look what I gots!
Background: in my bbq classes and YT videos, and in my book, I speak fondly of the SnS. There’s a Swedish retailer named "Bosse" who runs a website/shop named AmericanStuff.se - as you can prolly figure out he likes …. American Stuff
So, he hooked up with Dave Parrish a while back, and now he’s the single retailer of SnS products in Sweden.
Fast fwd to today: since I "pitch" the SnS because I like it I can imagine he’s selling a few more than before. To express his gratitude he sent me this gift today. Completely out of the blue, I didn’t have a clue:
A brand new Drip ‘n Griddle pan, cast iron version!
I’ve see plain sheet metal ones, and haven’t been impressed, but this CI thingy is the real deal.
I see a smash burger bonanza in my near future. What a nice gift!!
