I have a Smoke Hollow vertical smoker (like the one pictured in another post here) and I really like it except the burner control is too sensitive. I just barely move it and the temperature jumps 50 degrees or more. Has anyone added a needle valve or something to the gas line so you can fine tune the temperature? I spend an hour getting the temperature stable so I can start smoking. Thanks
