Clamp, Latch, etc - tighter closing of smoker door?
My GOSM - a square, vertical smoker for those unfamiliar - has only a magnetic door closure. It was a bit leaky and last season I put a bead of RTV around the inside edge of the door and the magnet still worked generally But I've had so much better success with the gasket I put on my kettle that I'm going to do that to the GOSM too. So I think I'm going to need a different closure system. Willing to tinker a little on this - although it's outside my usual skill set - since it's my backup unit now.
