    Now serving, MCS.

Please tell me someone here has one of these and can talk me out of buying one.

Propane tank not included. User friendly assembly. We no longer use Diamond Aluminum on our Shelfs or Lids. We now use Smooth Aluminum. Fastest smoker in the bayou! Able to smoke baby back ribs in 35 to 40 minutes, or a whole brisket in 2 hours Works off of a patented smoking process utilizing a pressure/vacuum regulator. The regulator varies the PSI inside the sealed cooking chamber, breaking down the connective tissues in meats much faster. This gives you fall off the bone tender meat in world record time!

I have the Cajun fryer from this same manufacture. It is very well built and works great.
But this cooker is not like anything I have seen before, and it sure as heck sounds cool. I just wonder how well it actually works.

I don’t know man, I don’t think you’d be able to get a good bark on anything with such a short cook time and all that moisture from the water…🤷‍♂️ pressure cooked meats?
    $1,365?…..😳

I think you're right about getting bark, but then again Myron Mixon water smokers have a giant water pan, and so do WSM's. So who knows? Why don't you get one, and let me know how it works?

I don't have one of those BUT I do have their double basket deep fryers. Love it and use it 1-2 times a week.

I don't use mine as often as you do, but I do make a lot more fried food since I got it.

I do hereby grant you permission to buy one and report back on how you like it. I’ll even come up and help you use it if you really want. Heck, maybe this is the 4.7% reason FireMan needs to stay in Fondy!

That is very kind of you. Keeping FireMan local might just be worth rolling the dice.

Looks very interesting. Doesn't leave much time to enjoy a beer or two before you're finished smoking. Let us know how you like it!

I tried looking on YT, but there isn't really any information there either.

There are a few reviews by users on other forums. One person reported it needed some modifications. Another review explained how it worked and really liked the food. Brisket lacked a smoke ring, but didn't care because it cooked so fast.

Who gives a rip about this or that, just git it, then tell us why we should git one. This is what the PIT is all about ! Gittin stuff! Or it used to be. We need to light some fire under our Smokey butts and pile it on! If'n ya ask me we have gotten a little sleepy 'n all. Mo cookers, Mo stuff. Mo meat!
