Seasoning up my new Camp Chef Smoke Vault. Excited to start smoking at the new apartment. I will just have to share some of the love with the neighbors to keep them happy.
Going to load it up tomorrow. I was so undecided what to put on I purchased ribs, pork butt, tritip, sausage and chicken. Just missing the brisket. Should be a good weekend.
I always smoke a bunch of bacon first, then run through a bunch of wood, starting with fruit, and ending with mesquite. My seasoning method has yet to let me down.
