I'm right behind you. Just took my new electric smoker back to Lowes (a Christmas gift from a friend), because I wanted the SMV 24 and they delivered the SMV last week. Put it together but I haven't even seasoned it yet. I asked and got feedback from several in the off topics section so I finally decided to just keep my 5 burner gass grill (which I had been setting up for smoking) and I only need one "real" dedicated smoker. I'm not gonna modify the valve for NG yet, so I'll stich w/ the propane fot now. Looking forward to more pics as time goes by & you try more cooks. Those pics made me kinda hungry!
