One burner griddle or two burner griddle?

Make sure I’m not missing anything…
    Currently I’m using a two burner 14” Yukon… portability is my goal…
I’ve been using a Lodge cast iron griddle that has no sides to corral an item for a flip, making me look at Camp Chef griddles…
I mainly cook for two and might cook for more only once a year…
Portability is key…. The double weighs almost 34 lbs!
Will I be able to easily cook for three with a single without stringing things out too long?
I’m thinking I’d throw a flat bottomed wok on the second burner if I needed to toss onions and peppers on the side…
    What say you?

      Go big… or stay home, @Panhead John…
      It’s a plan!

I have the camp chef explorer with two removable griddle plates, and the double burner pizza oven accessory. Its my go to for portability.

Two burner. I can drop the griddle on one side, and a pot of cowboy coffee on the other.

Cool, texastweeter … I’ll get a double…. No reason a wok, skillet, Dutch oven or coffee pot can’t occupy any unused real estate… 👍🏻
