If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
My local Home Depot has tempted me sorely tonight when I walked in for a bag of apple wood chunks and saw two of these 4 burner Genesis models on clearance for $699. One in copper and one in smoke. I like the copper. SWMBO told me to get it if I want it, based on the fact she knows I’m always grilling. Wish she hadn’t said that, as now I will lay awake thinking about it tonight!
Anyone have the new Genesis II and really like it (or hate it)? I would be coming from a 2 burner 2002 Genesis Silver A, so this would double my gas grill capacity.
