Just received and installed new burner tubes for my Summit S-470. A bit of work to replace, and shouldn't have failed (eroded slots up front and clogged slots in the rear of each burner) so fast (4 years), but Weber sent them to me under warranty and paid for shipping! Quick response and prompt resolution! Restored my faith!

Totally agree. Had a rotisserie motor that was intermittent and called to see if it could be fixed and they never asked how old it was or anything and immediately shipped me a brand new one.
