Weber Genesis II E410 new to the family

I can't help myself. I have to brag about my new baby to arrive on Monday. A Weber Genesis II E 410. Have a big cook coming up on June 3. Weber all the way. About 30 peeps! Smoking 4 racks of St. Louis ribs on the WSM and winging it the rest of the way on the kettles and new gasser for burgs, dogs and sassages and whatever else! Can't wait!

If it were my grill, I would get some big, thick salmon filets and grill them up! Or maybe reverse sear some ribeyes.

Thunder77 I'm a big fan of both but much more experienced with the ribbies. Salmon is a great idea. Nice suggestion
