    Seasoning done

    Hoping to do a first cook this weekend. What to start with? I did 4 rounds of avocado oil seasoning.

    Start out with grilling 5 chopped onions. The juices will really help with the seasoning.

        Not all bacons are equal. Some contain sugars that will cause more problems than others.
