Recently I had noticed that I had burn through on almost all of the flavorizer bars on my 2019 Genesis II E-410 grill. I had swapped them around a couple times betwen over burners and between burners, but by now they were all shot. They were the cheaper porcelain ones. So I went online shopping for replacements. Then it dawned on me that it had a 10 year warranty on ALL PARTS. So I reached out to Weber customer service, on a Saturday, via their web page, and told them the issue, AND also mentioned that the upper warming rack, supposedly stainless, was rusted beyond belief.
Well, within a couple hours, and an email to confirm my shipping address, I have a set of new STAINLESS flavorizer bars and a new warming rack on the way as well! Saved me $140-$150 bucks!
Just wanted to give a shout out to a company that actually came through with true customer service, without even asking me for a picture. They just confirmed my serial # and are sending what I asked for...
