First cook grilled chicken for a salad. Grill throws a lot of heat. Nice grill marks with the heavy duty stainless grates. Will have to do the bread test to see how even it is.

Wow - looks great - so shiny!

I guess I thought the Primate was a griddle and didn't realize it also included regular grill style grates. That makes for a great, flexible cooker.

yes pull the grates and flame tamers and you have a four burner griddle.

They have a 2/3 griddle if you want the have a burner free for some reason or just have a smaller griddle to make it easier to handle (I guess.)

That is a damn nice gasser. And a great use of a bonus! Good work!

When I was working, often I would plan a bonus; if it was escalating and performance based, I would count at the end of the month and use it as incentive: “Five more sales and I got The Bahamas covered!” Because lots of times you’d rather have the money… but lots of times you’d rather use the money for something else, too.

Great grill. Surprisingly heavy duty. Enjoying both the grill and griddle.

Old Glory awesome good to hear! I want to build an outdoor kitchen and am considering putting one of these guys in. (Wanted to start over a year ago but well issues popped us and derailed everything).

sarredon. I built an outdoor kitchen a couple of years ago. I went with Alfresco grills. While the Grilla is nice it is not the same level as Alfresco, DCS, etc. The metal is thicker and everything is over built. The Grilla is a great grill at its price point but not a lifetime grill.
