When ya gotta grill, ya gotta grill

Found this today in a motorcycle forum -- a gas grill that mounts to the back of your Harley or Moto Guzzi. Under $400 US.

Just the thing for motorcycle riding pitmasters! https://www.2x2cycles.com/product-ca...togrill-racks/

For those of you who might be wondering, why, yes, I do indeed ride my own motorcycle. Not a Harley though.

Glad to hear you ride and hope you have many more years enjoying it. My wife decided when she turned 72 that it was finally time to stick with 4 wheels. Of course an ATV also has 4 wheels so she didn’t go cold turkey.

I wonder if Clint has this one on the list of cookers to test and review?

I started riding when I was a kid and Dad bought us a Honda 70 minibike. Bought my own motorcycle when I was in college the first time and often commuted on motorcycle in the years after I got out of undergrad. I took a 20 year break from riding when the rest of life got in the way, but went back to it a few years ago.

While I enjoy the many twisty roads we have here in northeast Iowa, I still do my best to ride safely and sanely.

I somehow don't think I'll ever add a grill to the back of my cycle, though.

You definitely have the twisty roads. When we moved my mom to live with us in Hardin county we'd take a long to meeting in the NE. She had grown up and lived most of her life in NW Iowa and was amazed at how different the terrain was on the other end of the state.

I grew up in west central Iowa -- Loess Hills region. Pretty hilly there but the terrain is a series of long rolling "sand dune" type of hills. NE Iowa has steep rocky bluffs instead. Either side of the state is quite different than the flatter glacier-flattened plains of central Iowa.

My motorcycle days are over. I looked at a beautiful trike but just couldn’t pull the trigger, I bought a boat instead. I would put one of those on the boat. That’s cool.

After 50+ years of riding a Harley, I can honestly say that’s a new one for me. Can’t say I would have done that. BUT, my motorcycling days just ended. I sold my bike 10 days ago. End of an era.

I still ride. I am not sure I would get the grill though. My traveling days on the bike are over.

About 1-1/2 years ago I bought a 1979 Honda cx500 like I owned in 1982. Very original and looks much younger than 44 years. I ride my local area on nice days. No committed enough to ride in winter or rain. Really enjoy the bike. But don’t see a need for a grill on the back.

Does it come with a t-shirt that says "If you can read this the grill fell off" on the back?

Is that a Buck Kinfe? Looks very similar to mine which is a drop point I have had for over thirty years.

                    Like the way you roll.

Huskee I like to flip open my 3 3/4 inch blade and shred the plastic. Much more dramatic.

Yep! Box cutter that fits nicely inside my pocket with a clip that keeps it ready at all times.
