I am still reading the forum and researching these grills but am in the market to replace an old (>10 years) Weber Genesis. I am leaning towards the Prestige Pro 665 or Pro 500 (leaning towards the larger). I am planning to buy from BBQGuys, but am still looking locally. What suggestions or input does anyone have who may have purchased one or decided on one over the other? Thanks!

I have the Presitge Pro 500. Purely a size decision for me versus the 665. I replaced a Weber Summit that had died in a bad wind storm, and I only looked at 4-burner replacements. Fortunately, I have a BBQ store close by that carries many brands, including Napoleon, so I was able to compare directly. I think you will be happy with either one.

It was over their Chat Function and entirely unexpected. I was asked if I had any questions and if I wanted a quote for anything. I politely accepted and told them I was already familiar with all the sale pricing. I received a quote that saved me a few more bucks on the 665 Pro and tipped the scales. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the process.Originally posted by STEbbq View PostThey cut you a deal on the phone? Interesting!
