Napoleon Prestige (Gas Grill) - Lighting Issue

My three year-old Napoleon Prestige propane grill has a strange issue that I'm having difficulty diagnosing.

I am able to light two burners on the grill....but when I attempt to light a third or fourth burner, the flames extinguish on all burners. This occurs no matter which two burners I've ignited. I've checked all of the holes on the burners, and cleaned the ignition coils to ensure those weren't the issue. I've also used different propane tanks, which is also not the problem.

Any thoughts on this? Any help would be great!

There is a way to reset the regulator.
Maybe a spider made a nest where it ought not.

Ordered a new regulator this evening; going to install a new one here on Thursday. Will let everyone know how it shakes out.

This is not unusual. This happens when the regulator gets stuck when it gets into a low flow state. You need to reset the regulator. Turn off the gas, disconnect and reconnect the gas line. Open all the burner valves while the gas is off. Wait about 5 minutes. Close the burner valves. SLOWLY open the gas tank valve a quarter turn. Wait a minute, then open a quarter more. Then try reigniting each burner before opening the tank valve.

if this does not work, then, maybe, it is a failed regulator. I have found the low flow gas situation happens when quickly opening the tank valve, so I always open it slowly. Hope this helps.

Welp, it appears the regulator is QUITE stuck when trying to remove it. Buying some penetrating lubricant to loosen it up. When trying to remove it, it appears I somehow twisted the coil-shaped line attached to the regulator.

Is that line pretty resilient? Not sure what to call it, but now I'm wondering if I need to somehow find a replacement for that once I replace the regulator. This is annoying.
