Anyone ever replaced their Broil King tubes? The time has come; my Broil King Regal 420 needs some replacement parts which are available online. But how in the heck am I supposed to replace them? The back end of the tubes are attached through the back of the grill body with a nut and small clevis/cotter pin and they're entirely rusted (front and back). I can see the bolt from behind but I have no idea how to access it without taking the entire grill apart.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I actually replaced those in a BK Signet, but that was a few years ago. I don’t have the unit any more and don’t remember how I did it, sorry.

I think that if you can pull the pin out that holds the burner tube from drifting, you should be able to pull the tube towards the front then lift the back of the tube up and then out. If that works then I bet you'll find that the bolt in the back stays where it is. I don't think that you have to remove it to get the tube out...
