Unfortunately yes i would rate it poor. I think until the Amazing Ribs community got involved it seemed as if I was on my own in tracking down my bbq. I understand the issue was with the shipper, but as they picked the shipper and I paid BK for delivery, I fail to see how it should be my problem to track my bbq down. The care package that I was sent as a sorry for your trouble gift, was nice and appreciated but the fact the warranty starts on the day of purchase and I didn't have my bbq for almost a month after, means I only have an 11 month warranty. Given the ratings on the bbq this is probably a moot point but it would be nice to have the 12 month warranty.
