I purchased a Blaze Professional 34" cart grill (now called LUX) back in 2019/2020 from a guy that was moving from Wake Forest to the West coast. It has been an incredible gas grill since. At the end of last year, I noticed a few minor issues that needed replacing during a deep clean. One of the flame tamers had a hole in the tray (corrosion, worn out), the LED lights in the hood were getting wonky as well as the LED lights over the knobs. I started a convo with one of their reps in Baton Rouge about getting replacement parts. Well, fast forward to about a week ago when I got around to fixing it up. She asked me to take photos of the failed parts along with the serial number plate and send them back. This time, I noticed some of the pins that the flame tamers rest on had worn out too, dropping the tamers on top of the heavy duty burners. She mentioned that they have seen those wear out and have an immediate fix for them. I explained to her that I understood if the warranty wouldn't cover since I did buy it second hand from the original owner. About 5 days go by and then I received an email from another rep. She said she apologized but Emily just had birthed her baby last week and they were catching up on customer emails. She said she was following up and I'd be receiving a 2nd email regarding the new parts they were shipping me, at no cost! A couple items are on backorder but should go out in a few weeks. I did receive the shipping order and statement a short while later. I've got to say, Blaze Outdoor Products customer service is absolutely second-to-none. I bought this grill to be my lifetime gasser and this entire experience confirms that it was the right decision.

This is an exactly why you buy well. The hope is that a company will take care of you if something goes wrong. Great to hear that Blaze is doing their part.
If I was going to get a gasser, this is what I would get. They seem to be very solid, and it sounds like they stand behind their products.

Exactly Spinaker
She also sent me very informative YouTube links that show exactly how to remove and replace each part that needs replacing.

I've never regretted buying a Blaze for my gas grill. It's well built, solid, and the lifetime warranty is great, apparently.
