Has anybody used Jealous Devil Lump charcoal for a three hour cook in a 18" WSM?.Bought a boat load of it recently to experiment with it for both grilling and slow cook.Can it maintain a 300+ degree temp for a brined turkey cook?

Not a brand available locally, my last buzzard was cooked over Cowboy lump with no problems heat wise.
Seen good things written about Jealous Devil on this site so should be no problem maintaining temps.
