A bit of back story. We bought just under two acres of land in '82 and built a small, (24' x 36'), house on the back with the intention of turning it into a shop some day. That happened about 1.5 years ago. I store my charcoal in the shop, (which I call El Shoppo in "honor" of El Chapo).
Yesterday I noticed the floor was wet, and the wall was wet where one of the water pipes comes out of the wall. So I turned the water off and the leak stopped, but the three 20 lb bags of KBB leaning against that wall were wet and very heavy. They made the trip to the county dump today as I was going there anyway...
I'm headed to Costco Tue to pick up a replacement for a lost hearing aide, so I guess I'll pick up some K Pro while I'm there...
