Wandered by the charcoal in Home Depot today and noticed the 20lb bags of Weber charcoal have a new price of $14.97/20lb bag down from $19.99. I might have to give that a try as longer burning option. I like the Kingsford Pro I'm using and I can get 2 18lb bags at Costco for $20 but it doesn't last as long as other options.
