Does Kingsford need to lay off the Miller Lite a bit?

I saw it so you have to, too.

What are they drinking at those marketing meetings? (Wait, I think I know....)

Where grilling dreams ignite! Kingsford's Home: Fanning the flames of tradition, serving up sizzling recipes, and offering the hottest charcoal and smoking products.

(Also, lol: "Does not contain alcohol.")

I thought there were already multiple uses for brewing waste, but I guess for a little while there's now one more.

I might not know much, but I know the difference between to, too, two, and tutu.

To clarify, I was referring to the beer. The charcoal is a joke. I won't name the other beer that fits the sewer category. You know who you are.

        Beercoal Cocktail Recipe

Four chunks of Beercoal in a glass
        Three fingers of bourbon

        Gently swirl. Repeat.

I would do 3 fingers of bourbon in a glass and 4 chunks of Beercoal in the trash.

Kingsford should focus on making good charcoal.

This trend with charcoal is quite annoying. Why don’t they work on say coconut charcoal instead?

I am not quite interested nor have time enough at the moment to click and read the article so I will just ask: Are they finding a way to use spent mash? If so, cool. I'd try it. I wouldn't try it expecting it to be anything other that a [surely overpriced] heat source, but maybe it is a noble effort to use up waste that can't be fed to farmers' animals.

They've done similar things with making charcoal from spent coffee grounds, although it never really took off, I suspect the cost of production outweighs interest or what folks are willing to pay. Surmising. If this is an efficiency initiative then maybe it's not all marketing hype. Although surely summa dat too.

How dare they.......not only is this comically BS to have "beer infused charcoal" they have the audacity to throw on a beer-can chicken!

Spinaker I am personally terrified that we’ll see a collab between Kingsford and Steven Raichlen on this. I’m not sure I could take it.
