DaveD - Yes, just 3 small incisions in my stomach wall on an outpatient basis, but light duty for a total of 6 weeks. First two weeks nothin' over 5 lbs, so I can't even fix a decent sandwich.

Have the Costco people load them onto your cart and into your car. Then you can separate the bags or just wait until you are green-lighted to do power lifting
again.
