I went back to the link, it's back the original price. I wonder if it was a mistake and once the orders started coming in, which I'm sure there were many they said oh Sh$t.

Wal-Mart has the orange bag B&B Oak Briquettes for $9.97 right now (https://fave.co/3YCUYv7). These are the 17.6 lb bags. Overall these might be my favorite briquettes and I can't remember ever seeing them for under $10 a bag. Ordered 5 bags and they are supposed to arrive tomorrow. If this is anything like some other Wal

Guys, $9.99 is the current regular price on the B&B 17.6# bag of briquettes at Academy:

Sadly they do not appear to offer shipping on that item, just in-store pickup. And also sadly, they were $7.99 a year ago, and are now $9.99.

The sale wasn't on for me yesterday evening when I looked at this and another topic announcing the sale, but today it is! Got 10 bags coming, free shipping (but sadly no local pickup at my Walmart). Thank you.

Yup, sale is back for me too. I’ve got 8 bags coming

For those of you who have NOT tried the B&B briquettes before, you are gonna love them. They are the closest thing I've found in burn time and heat generated to the Weber briquettes that I used to get. And at 9.97 a bag, there is no reason to buy KBB instead of these.

jfmorris The first time I tried B & B after using KBB for years, that was the first thing I noticed too! The B & B was so much more of a pleasant smell.

KBB puts out an unacceptable amount of dirty, stinky smoke when it's lighting. B&B does not. That alone make me less likely to use KBB at home. I don't want the bad smoke drifting into my neighbors yard. On the other hand, KBB is probably better at keeping mosquito's and other pests off the patio.

Got 10 bags and they sent it via pallet through Old Dominion Lines. Probably cost them $40 to ship!

Dang, I ordered 10 bags and they came in 5 cardboard boxes with 2 in each. I got 5 different 'shipped' notices and texts, and 5 more 'delivered' emails and texts. A pallet would've been welcome.

They show 9.97 a bag for me, but also shows out of stock and unavailable at my location with no option for shipping.

BF seems to think that we have to have a wal-mart account in order to add to cart.
