First time that I have spotted Cowboy at my Costco (2X18lb $18.99). Normally only carry Kingsford pro.

If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

FireMan I was half afraid it would have been one of those "naked cowboys" like the one in Times Square... I saw him in his tighty whiteys in the snow about 10 years ago...

Briquettes or lump? I've never used their briquettes. I have a few times tried the lump and I'm usually disappointed in the tiny pieces and extra friends that came along for the ride.
