I have had a couple more cooks on the Meathead Charcoal. I like it. As I mentioned in earlier posts, it burns hot but is slow to get going. I was reminded of how it takes off slowly when I was doing a rotisserie on the Weber Kettle. Needed some more heat while doing a large prime rib roast and added some more Meathead directly on the dying coals. It took a really long time to fire up. I should have used briquets or started the Meathead in a chimney. Operator error. I learned a lesson.
