Question... do you mix this up in big bowls in your kitchen or garage and put it in containers you've bought for the purpose, then stick on labels by hand and send cases of it to Amazon? Or have you contracted with a company to do all that stuff? If so, how big are your batches you are making at a time?
I'm just curious, my wife has told me I should come up with my own rub to make, but quite honestly, we don't do enough BBQ or smoking to properly adjust it and do the A/B blind testing and the ingredient deletion testing like you did. Which I sincerely appreciate.
