It would be worth more if it were located nearer the DFW metroplex. The real beauty is that it’s not. It’s quiet, with deer in the yard most evenings. This area is so safe that the couple that we bought the house from didn’t have house keys give us at closing. They had never locked it. I’m not that trusting. The house was fitted with all new door locks the day we bought it. I believe the builders must have been afraid of fire. There is an external door in every room.

I propose that the pig rifle should be included in the purchase. I mean, the place looks extremely nice, looks very safe, seems affordable, but nothing listed re pig assault defense mechanisms!!!

Seriously, it seems underpriced vis a vis properties here in south central Washington state.

I’d gladly throw in a pig rifle if you want the place. The price is about what the market will bear here. The economy is just slower here. It cost less for most goods and services here. A case in point, I get my hair cut by a very fun attractive girl who does a great job, it cost $15.00. Our dry cleaning bill which includes all the things I want ironed is less than $50.00 a week. Dinner at the local Mexican restaurant we like is normally less than $50.00 including the wife’s 2 margaritas.

Hey Lynn. I noticed that Google Maps has your street name wrong. They think it’s “Acorns Lane” . Which means that the vast majority of online map users who (like me) tend to default to Google Maps won’t find your house. Google has a procedure for correcting such errors and it might be worth advising your realtor to make the correction. (If they can’t figure it out, let me know and I’ll be happy to lend you a hand)

It has been Acorn Lane for years, that’s what is on the title. The rocket scientist at the city put us up a new sign at the end of the street. It says Acorns Lane. Who knows what all that bit of confusion will cause. Thank you. I’ll call the realtor.
