Here’s your chance to move to central Texas!

The house we’re leaving is finally up on Realtor.com. Just enter 104 Acorn Lane Comanche, TX. Take a look you might want to be in a Texas frame of mind.

You at the end of the lane?

Google Earth shows a nice swimming pool in the backyard if I pegged the right house. Kathy starts swimming here in Maryland in March so I’d probably save a fortune not having to run the pool heater in the Spring and Fall down your way.

A pool heater would be completely useless here. Most winters we only get below freezing 10 or 12 times. A summers are long and warm. In answer to your question yes it’s the one with the pool.

Very nice, but the Great State of Taxes has gotten homes there out of my league.

I like how it is 1.72 acres but only a 0.25 acre yard.

You need this! We had no intention of ever moving again when we got this place. We fixed everything we could find so we wouldn’t have to when we were older. You can pick up enough
pecans in the front yard every fall to last you all year. The cooking area on the back porch is screened in, no flies, mosquitoes, or other bugs. NO STATE INCOME TAXES!

          Nice crib.
Perhaps in my next lifetime a place like that might fit my budget.
Best of luck with the transaction

Nice spread and really presents well in the pics, had to be tough to move on from that. For the features and size it is priced right for the region. One nit: apparently whomever wrote the ad text doesn't know it's wrought iron not rod iron in reference to the fencing.

She’s a great girl and friend. She is a pharmacy owner, gift shop owner and realtor, but she doesn’t know much about fences.

Uncle Bob It was very hard to leave. I’ve put a lot of work into that place and I do love it. The need to be nearer family and doctors eventually won out. Who ever gets that home can be proud to welcome anyone into it.

Very nice place! 3 hours away from my sister in Schertz. Would be nice to be closer to her and the fam, and I'd be happy to be out of Ohio winters, but I think my wife would miss the kids and her side of the family too much.

              GLWS!
