    Has Anyone Used a Pitmaker Short Sniper?

    What are your thoughts? How do you monitor grate and meat temp? What have the results been? Any positives or minuses in this piece of equipment?

        Hey Guys, I apologize for the HUGE delay here. Apparently my email stopped letting me know when discussion was happening...I do have a Short Sniper. I like it very much. It is LARGE. It will probably hold about 12 briskets depending on size.The fire box is huge. Thermometer is accurate (I use additional thermometers and remote monitoring also.) Results are excellent. We do use a cactus burner to burn off residue and scrub clean before each use. Let me know what specifics you need.
