Look at this beast!!

Buddy of mine called today to say the bank had hired him to get the smokehouse of of a recently repossessed meat locker and asked if I was interested.. I of course replied absolutely.. then I brought this home.. I believe the capacity of is somewhere between 750 lbs and a 1000 lbs.. needs a little work but this will be my winter project!!

I paid 200$ for it.. one of the cheapest smokers I have..the wife would have picked this one up herself if I didn't!!

That's what I thought too.. the metal on the floor support needs to be replaced and probably some new controls. I am guessing I will have around 1500 in it when I am done. But I know the guy who bought it at the meat locker paid over 20,000 for it like 7 years ago!!

Yup the guy called out of the blue. I haven't talked to him in years.. needs two beef butchered now and about 8 more this winter. Then brings up the smoker.. glad I answered that call?!
