I sliced a eye of round in to 1/4 strips brined for 24 hrs went to smoke vault set time for 7 hr set temp "I thought for 170" but was set st 225 had cherry chips several times. Look out of door several times just to see if it was smoking 👍. Just for bed time went out to make sure it had shut down and sample what I was sure was going to be Awesome but to my my suprize I had made some of my best meat charcoal I’ve ever seen well got dog treats for a week or so
