In late '17 I received a Primo LG as a birthday gift and have spent many an '18 hour playing with this very cool ceramic grill. It's been a great addition to my Weber Performer and it's fun to choose which grill to use for a specific cook. The downside of 2018 is no one bought me a ridiculously priced ticket for Springsteen on Broadway--along with airfare and hotel. The downside of 2019 is Springsteen on Broadway is over. At least there's the Netflix version--and both my grills! Looking forward to spending time with the grills and in the pit!

In 2018 I got more work done on my outdoor kitchen and manged to get the Cal Flame P4 up and running on propane. I spent several weeks out of town as my mother had open heart surgery. The good news she is almost fully recovered now.
In 2019 I'd like to get the kitchen finished and add a Blackstone griddle. I want to build a brick oven but that probably won't happen in 2019 (I have something else going on that will probably take up my time - more details on this later). Also I'd like to learn how to weld. I'd like to build a grill and have wanted to build an expedition trailer for a number of years.

2018 saw us acquire a Grilla Grills SilverBac and a Traeger Renegade. Moving to pellets from Kamado Joe made it more fun to do with the wife, who was not a huge fan of the KJ, but loves the pellet grills.
2019 is coming and we just ordered a Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 and a new modular outdoor kitchen setup from New Age Products.Comment
