Guy selling unique/unused custom smoker

I saw this on Craigslist today and got a kick out of it. I'm guessing the guy won it in a raffle but doesn't cook? If I bought it I'd have to find a metal shop to replace that logo...

And completely wasted on the dude who won it! If I trusted myself more, I’d almost be willing to make him an offer...but I don’t know metal/welds well enough to know if it’s really any good.
