A while back I posed the question of a new smoker for the ranch and had it down to Moberg, Klose, Pitts & Spitts and Lone Star Grillz.
From there I narrowed it down to Moberg and P&S. Moberg smokers look fantastic and I've eaten at several restaurants and bbq joints that use his smokers. If only I didn't have to wait a year or more then I maybe would have gone with Moberg, but I guess that's just a testament to how popular and good his smokers are.
I have an P&S pellet grill at home and it's pretty great. I know Ryan over at Pitts and Spitts and he helped me design the attached smoker.
It has an extended cooking chamber for three full pull out racks, vertical warmer, oversized 1/4 inch firebox with steak searing option on the top and of course their default propane log lighter.
It's a beautiful smoker, can't wait to test it out.
