I was at the butcher today for some beef heart, fatback and lamb. I figured I would share it with you. I never have asked them about it. Everyone knows it though. This is at the "Beef Palace" in HB. Seemed like it weighs a ton.

LOOONG ago and my memory slips so I won't guess at years I saw both the black cow and pink pig for sale in a large shopping mall just off of I70 in Hays, KS.
They had half a dozen of each. Back then the cost was way beyond me and the technology was so new it kind of scared me away. I do remember thinking they were cool as hell though.
