I know you decided against it and I think it was likely wise. However, there is one thing I thought of that it could be useful for. Despite all of the equipment you have, would it serve to be a nice holding/warming spot for some things. For example - you have your brisket to the wrap stage and you want something that will continue to cook to your temp while you are cooking ribs/chicken in your other smokers? Likely you have that covered but if not....
