Before getting an email this morning, I had no idea that there were indoor pellet smokers. Has anybody tried one? I know not this one as it has not been released yet. They are going to retail for $999 but a pre-order is ~$450
Looks interesting. Their page says it has a filter to keep the smoke out of your house. I wonder how often you have to change them and how much $$ they cost.
Not a filter, “advanced filtration technology.” That means you should triple whatever you were thinking a filter might cost and imagine a system with not one, but two filters. At least that’s my guess.
thanks for the information, I wonder how big a market there is for this type of cooker. For me, I doubt I will ever need one as I have the luxury of being able to use my gear all year. But interesting for small households with no yards. I can only guess the technology will improve over time..
