    Heath Riles did it again

    Back to back Grand Champion at Memphis in May. I follow Heath on YouTube and X and I think he has some great content and tips. He is the rib master.

    Watching one of his videos, I learned to get BB ribs with the least amt of loin possible, which is something I should have been looking for all along.🙃



    Looks like the Memphis in May judges like fall-off-the-bone ribs.

    For a bite with a bit of pull, he used this method:

      Yep, 2.5lbs is about the right size, which are usually pretty easy to get because everyone else always grabs the big meaty racks🤫

      We do St. Louis mostly, but my dad still likes BB, I always trim most if not all of loin out,

      I bought some of his butter bath today. I've been looking closely at it for a while but never pulled the trigger cause its expensive. But I think its time to try it.
