After the turn-ins are complete, I like walking around and talking with the competitors. I always look for the competitors that use the same smokers/equipment that I own and then ask them questions about how they run them. I seem to always pick up a trick or two.
Friday night party was a blast. We did not make it to the event. I had a severe migraine attack and so we had to get back home. Here’s the pics of the party.

Yes - the big boys were all sporting high-end commercial rigs. Mostly custom made by appearances. The event also had a backyard competition for local non-professionals. So everyone can compete.
It was fun for sure. We will do it again. Smoke on the Water was cancelled for next week, but MLB spring training starts now. Blue Jays, Phillies, Ray’s, Yankees, and Tigers are all within driving distance. We’ll catch as many of those as we can.
